The Geometry of Pasta by Jacob Kenedy has a great selection of pasta sauces matched to each different shape of pasta. Definitely one for the pasta afficionados. Illustrations by Caz Hildebrand are a beautiful compliment to the recipes.
Wagamama, Ways With Noodles by Hugo Arnold provides a great introduction to noodles. It explains the staple ingredients, types of noodles and cooking techniques of the Far East. Once you get the hang of it, you can make endless variations.
